Welcome To eutoolkit.net
The EU toolkit is designed to provide information on the practicalities of EU project management. The tools on this site are free to download and the majority are equally useful to organisations in all sectors.
The availability of EC funding for individual actions is driven by the policies and priorities of the European Union. In simple terms, EU budget is allocated to priority policy areas and is then administered by the European Commission Department (DG) with overall responsibility for that policy. Specific Programmes of work are the main mechanism used to fund actions in support of the priority areas. Funding is usually awarded to projects following competitive calls for proposals or invitations to tender.
